DJ Am Myspace Layout | RIP

Though many will have theories about how DJ AM did die, many are probably surprised that he lasted this long – and not just because of the drugs. He narrowly survived a deadly plane crash that took place almost one year ago, in which four of his friends were killed, but DJ AM survived along with Blink 182’s Travis Barker.

DJ AM did not die from the crash, or from his past drug abuse, so it looked like he could survive anything. If it was drugs that killed him, questions will arise as to why he slipped off the wagon again.

Its hard to believe after what happened with Travis Barker on that horrific plane crash that this new of the death of DJ AM would come about, it looked like he could survive anything. I mean the guy SURVIVED a plane crash!!! Many theories are floating around about how did DJ AM die. When the dust settles around this sad story, most people will be saddened to learn that the death of DJ AM was due to a drug overdose. When DJ AM was found dead, police reportedly found a crack pipe and pills in his apartment, according to the Associated Press.
